Post-Conference Update: 2025 NDA CSO Conference
The National Development Agency (NDA) successfully hosted its two-day Civil Society Organisations (CSO) Conference from 08-09 May 2025 at ANEW Hotel O.R Tambo in Benoni. Themed "Positioning the National Development Agency as a thought leader in poverty eradication and amplifying the role of civil society organisations (CSOs) as drivers of sustainable community development," the conference brought together over 160 CSOs, government departments, development partners, and private sector entities.
The NDA used this platform to showcase the impact of its programmes and reinforce its commitment to eradicating poverty through partnerships with CSOs. The event featured robust discussions in commissions focusing on grant funding, capacity building, strategic partnerships, resource mobilization, and the NDA Turnaround Strategy. Attendees also had the opportunity to engage with 38 NDA-funded CSO projects through an informative exhibition.
