The Eastern Cape Department of Social Development (EC DSD) in partnership with the National Development Agency (NDA) hosted a provincial Cooperative Summit at Mlungisi Community Hall in Stutterheim in January 2018 spearheaded by Minister Bathabile Dlamini.
